Unconditional basic income - a current buzzword of our time that is on everyone's lips and is the subject of controversial debate. Does an unconditional basic income threaten demotivation, laziness and a loss of social security? Or could more freedom of choice increase motivation to work overall and also balance out the imbalance between work pressure and unemployment?
For the Ö1 program "Im Zeit-Raum", Johannes Kaup led a discussion on November 24, 2015 at the Radiokulturhaus in Vienna with Ulrich Schuh, Head of Research, Daniel Häni and Philip Kovce.
