With the introduction of the pension account, interest in occupational and private pension provision in addition to state provision is increasing in Austria. All three pillars of pension provision face considerable challenges.
At the Future.Talk event, initiated by the University of St. Gallen, the WDA Forum WDA Forum and the Vienna University of Economics and Business on November 30, 2015, Ulrich Schuh, Head of Research, discussed together with representatives of the BMASK, the BMF and the Insurance Association what a sustainable future model for Austria could look like and what share the state, companies and the private sector should have.
