In gratitude and memory of Hannes Androsch

It is with great sadness that we bid farewell to Hannes Androsch, one of the most influential personalities in Austrian business and politics. His work as finance minister, industrialist and intellectual not only significantly influenced and shaped the economic, but also the social foundations of our country.

As Finance Minister in the 1970s, he introduced groundbreaking reforms that put Austria on the path to a market economy-oriented yet socially oriented policy. In addition to his political career, Hannes Androsch was also a successful industrialist and entrepreneur. He was also an indispensable mentor and advisor to many political and economic players. As a member of the EcoAustria Advisory Board, he has contributed his extensive expertise and his clear vision for a modern, sustainable Austria.

Our deepest sympathy goes out to his loved ones at this difficult time. Hannes Androsch will not only be remembered as a politician and entrepreneur, but above all as a person whose passion and vision will remain unforgotten.
