Mag. Dr. Wolfgang Schwarzbauer is Director of Finance and Human Resources and Head of the Trade and Regional Economic Policy Research Section at EcoAustria. Previously Schwarzbauer was manager of the Applied Economics and Finance Department at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS) and Senior Research Manager at the Oesterreichische Kontrollbank Aktiengesellschaft (OeKB).
