EcoAustria Competitiveness Index ECI

The EcoAustria Competitiveness Index (ECI) is a competitiveness index that covers the development of a country’s competitiveness based on gross investment, net exports and labor productivity. The ECI thus measures the competitiveness development on a quarterly basis by changing competitiveness. With this approach, the ECI is complementary to the existing indices of the World Economic Forum or the World Bank. In addition, with the  ECI visualization tool Countries in Europe are compared with each other and the weighting of the ECI will be changed interactively.
