This Policy Note No. 5 presents and explains the results of the "Debt Check" presented at the beginning of July.

EcoAustria has developed the "Debt Check", a model that provides information on the sustainability of public budgets in Austria. The calculations result in a sustainability gap of 251% of gross domestic product.
