At the end of 2015, Junge Industrie presented a study prepared by EcoAustria that examined the redistribution effect between individual types of pension. The second part of the study, which was presented in February 2016, focused on the intergenerational redistribution effect of the pension system.It clearly shows that financial sustainability is currently not a given. For example, the level of benefits in the pension system is falling significantly for younger people, with those born between 1972 and 1986 being the most affected.
